Panic Disorder talks offered in Matawan

Panic Relief Inc., North Brunswick, is offering the 10-week program, "Managing Panic Disorder," designed to help people cope with panic disorder and agoraphobia. Topics will include explanation of panic disorder, agoraphobia and symptoms of anxiety; relaxation response; learning what your body does with stress; how to deal with anger and issues of control; and goal setting. The program is tentatively scheduled to begin April 1 and will be held in Matawan. The cost is $20; day and time will be announced.
