Rotary Club offers free travel exchange to Brazil

District 7500, Matawan Rotary Club, a member of Rotary International, is seeking candidates for a Group Study Exchange to Brazil between April 24-May 24. Candidates must be between age 25 and 40, and employed for two years prior to visiting Brazil.

The exchange is an annual event and will travel to the northeastern Brazilian area of Recife. It is done to promote international goodwill and understanding.

Four candidates from Burlington, Ocean or Monmouth counties will travel with a Rotary team leader, and will live with eight local Rotary families. Participants will study the history of the area, visit public institutions and share occupational information.

Expenses are minimal, and only gifts for host families are required. Insurance, airfare and housing is provided by Rotary International.
