Business Briefs The Monmouth Museum, Lincroft section of Middletown, recently broke ground for its expansion, which will include a second-floor addition. The addition will provide space for administrative offices, as well as a new meeting and lecture room for museum events and programs. It will also contain a tower to make the museum more visible on the campus of Brookdale Community College, where it is based. Weichert, Realtors, Aberdeen, has announced Beata Pruszkowski was recently recognized with a regional award for resales during the month of March. The Weichert region is comprised of 19 offices in Ocean, Monmouth and Middlesex counties. Pruszkowski is a member of Weichert’s Sales and Marketed Clubs, and the Ambassador’s Club which recognizes the top 2 percent of the company’s sales associates. Fluent in Polish and English, she is a member of the firm’s international division. The Middletown office of Weichert has announced Graeme Atkinson was also recognized with a regional award for new home dollar volume during March. A member of the Sales and Marketed Clubs, he is also a member of Weichert’s President’s Club which recognizes the top 1 percent of sales associates. The Middletown office of Coldwell Banker has announced the return of sales associate Genevieve "Gen" Cunningham to the firm. An ex-member of Coldwell’s Millionaire Club, she was previously employed at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. A resident of Middletown, the mother of two left the Middletown office in 1995 to raise her children. BoatU.S., Alexandria, Va., is seeking input from female boaters to improve how female boaters and potential boaters are treated when buying a boat. Women are asked to share boat-buying experiences in an online survey that consists of 25 multiple-choice questions. The American Heart Association Monmouth County will hold its Have a Heart Ball themed "Unmask the Truth, Celebrate the Progress" May 15 at the Garden Manor, Aberdeen. The association will also honor area businessmen Charles T. Parton, Rumson, chairman of the board of directors at Two River Community Bank and recipient of the American Heart Association Leadership Award for Community Service; and Roland L. Belluscio, M.D., and Dale E. Edlin, M.D., of the Cardiac Care Center LLC, Tinton Falls, recipients of the 2004 American Heart Association Leadership Award for Cardiovascular Health.
