Loren D. Rabon, new CEO of Pre-Structured Building Systems Inc., Fair Haven, has announced the promotion of Linda M. Rabon to CFO, Mark A. Rabon to president, Terrance A. McCuen to vice president, and Alison Rabon Cuccia to vice president of marketing. Loren Rabon and his wife, Linda, residents of Red Bank, founded the business in 1970. The couple’s son, Mark, joined the firm in 1985. He and his family reside in Shrewsbury. Loren Rabon’s youngest daughter, Alison Rabon Cuccia, joined the firm in 1994. She and her family reside in Middletown. McCuen joined the firm in 1993 and resides in the Wanamassa section of Ocean Township with his wife.

Two River Community Bank, Middletown, announced for the quarter ending on June 30, it reported net income of $493,000 compared to $249,000 for the same quarter in 2004, a 98 percent increase. For the six months ending June 30, net income was $923,000, compared to $480,000 for that period during 2004. The bank’s assets totaled $258.5 million at June 30, compared to $218 million for the same period during 2004, a 18.6 percent increase. The bank has local branches in Middletown, the Cliffwood section of Aberdeen, Port Monmouth section of Middletown, Red Bank, Tinton Falls and West Long Branch.

Brookdale Community College, Lincroft section of Middletown, has named Dr. Margaret M. McMenamin executive vice president, educational/student and outreach services. Prior to joining the college, McMenamin served as vice president of academic and student affairs, and in several other positions at Lehigh Carbon Community College, Pennsylvania. McMenamin is a native of Jackson, and cum laude graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia. Following graduation, she was a physical therapist at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital, Philadelphia. She later worked as a supervisor at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, Allentown, Pa., and during that time, earned her master of science degree in human resources administration.

Schoor DePalma Inc., Manalapan, recently announced it has secured more than $5.6 million in grants and loans for public-sector clients in New Jersey seeking to preserve open space land and outdoor recreation opportunities. Green Acres funding is awarded in two categories — grants for land acquisition projects and for densely populated development applications, and loans for the development of open space for passive and active recreation projects. Locally, Schoor DePalma has assisted in obtaining Green Acres funding for the Borough of Keyport.

Holmdel resident Joe Bonfiglio recently received the Excellence Award from H.D. Vest Financial Services, Irving, Texas, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co. The award recognizes the company’s top 75 financial services advisers. Bonfiglio, owner of Joe Bonfiglio, Certified Financial Planner, Holmdel, has been with H.D. Vest since 1993. As an adviser, he serves individuals, small business owners, and professionals and trusts. He received his masters of business administration degree from the University of Houston.

The Northern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, Navesink section of Middletown, will hold its annual meeting and networking event Sept. 20 from 5:30-8 p.m. at The Quay, 280 Ocean Ave., Sea Bright. Edward Clemente, Middletown, recently joined Integrated Compliance Solutions (ICS), Moorestown, as a compliance manager for its clients in central and northern New Jersey. Prior to joining ICS, Clemente served as a former National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and as a former vice president/compliance officer at two holding companies. ICS is a provider of comprehensive regulatory compliance services to financial institutions.

Middletown resident Wayne Vashey recently developed the “After Glow Light,” which is available for licensing through Invention Technologies, Coral Gables, Fla. Vashey conceived of the idea in February. It involves a system in which lighting a candle such as a birthday or other occasion candle is simplified when lighting is interfered by the wind outside or other elements.
