Jersey Shore Partnership Inc., Sandy Hook, will honor State Secretary of Agriculture Charles M. Kuperus and the Department of Agriculture at its annual summer celebration, "A Taste of the Sea," May 22 at Merri Makers at Water's Edge, Sea Bright. Kuperus and the Department will receive the Outstanding Partner Award for leadership in promoting the state's seafood industry. Kuperus worked to strengthen the industry by including seafood in the "Jersey Fresh" program.
