     Middletown Township Chief of Police Robert Oches wishes to remind residents to fly flags at half-staff on May 15 to commemorate Peace Officers Memorial Day. Flags at all government buildings are required to be flown at half-staff as a tribute to law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty.
