Bon Jovi guitar auction, bands at charity event

The rock band Bon Jovi has donated an autographed Celebrity Ovation guitar to raise money for local cancer patient Michelle Seamans. The guitar was signed by all four members of the band: singer Jon Bon Jovi, guitarist Richie Sambora, drummer Tico Torres and keyboardist David Bryan.

The guitar will be raffled off at a summer concert charity event on Saturday hosted by the Rock 'n Music Academy, 500 Route 35 south, Union Square, Middletown.

The event be will held at 1 p.m. outside the academy and feature live performances by local artists Howard Lee Edwards, Evolutionow, Amber Blues, Terry Little, Eric Lopez, Delayed Reaction, and Rock 'n Music Academy student bands.
