Center announces blood drives for November Central Jersey Blood Center, Shrewsbury, has announced the following local blood drives: + Nov. 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel + Nov. 14 from 3-8 p.m., a Keyport and Holmdel Kiwanis drive at Town and Country Diner, Route 35 and Broadway, Keyport + Nov. 16 from 5-8:30 p.m. at St. Catherine's Roman Catholic Church, 5 Shore Acres Drive, Middletown + Nov. 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church, 172 Freneau Road, Matawan. The donation process takes about an hour. Donors must also complete a medical history interview and have a mini-physical (temperature, iron, pulse and blood pressure screening). Interested donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. All donors must present signature ID at time of registration.
