Hazlet Recreation will hold the following camps over the next few months:

Football camp - June 25-28 at a cost of $100. This is a noncontact camp stressing fundamental skills and drills for ages 6-15, and will be directed by Bob Generelli. The camp will be held at Raritan High School 8:30-11:30 a.m. Participants must bring cleats and sneakers. Physicals are required (school physicals accepted). There is a late fee for registrations taken after June 22.

Boys basketball camps - Camp I is June 25-28; Camp II July 9-12 and Camp III is July 30-Aug. 2. Cost is $100 each. The camps will be held at Raritan High School from 9 a.m. to noon for ages 8-15 and will be directed by Denis Caruano. All participants must bring a basketball and a water bottle. Physicals are required (school physicals accepted). Registration must be made by June 22 for Camp I, July 6 for Camp II, and July 27 for Camp III, to avoid $15 late fee.

Rocket Track and Field Clinic - June 11-13 at a cost of $27. It will be held at Raritan High School 6-8 p.m. for grades 5-8. Instruction will be given in sprinting, relays, long jump, high jump and shot put. Physicals are required (school physicals accepted). Director is Dan Formato. There is a late fee for registrations taken after June 8.

Field hockey camp - for girls entering grades 6-9, June 25-28 at a cost of $100. The camp will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at Raritan High School. Mouthpiece, shin guards and sneakers/cleats are required. Instructor is Janet Citro. Physicals are required (school physicals accepted). There is a late fee for registrations taken after June 22.

Soccer camp - for boys and girls, July 9-12 at Raritan High School. The cost is $95 and includes a T-shirt. All instruction is scheduled for 5:30-8 p.m. A soccer ball is required. The director is Wayne Ramsey. Physicals are required (school physicals accepted). There is a late fee for registrations taken after July 7.

Two baseball camps - at a cost of $90 each. Camp I will be held Aug. 6-9, Camp II will be held Aug. 13-16, at Raritan High School from 9 a.m. to noon for ages 6-15. Director is T.J. O'Donnell. Physicals are required (school physicals accepted). There is a late fee for registrations taken after Aug. 3 for Camp I, and Aug. 10 for Camp II.

Registrations for all of the camps may be done by mail or in person at the James J. Cullen Center, 1776 Union Ave., Hazlet 07730. Check or money order accepted only.
