Darfur benefit at St. John's UMC April 28 St. John's United Methodist Church (UMC), 2000 Florence Ave., Hazlet, will host a dinner, concert and art show April 28 at 6:30 p.m. to raise awareness and funds for relief efforts to support the victims of the genocide in Darfur. Artwork by local artists such as Felix DeTrolio, Wayne Woerner, Linda Schleicher and Karen Lyngdoh will be on sale April 28-May 12. All proceeds benefit relief in Darfur. The show is free.
