Longtime Middletown Township Committeeman Raymond O'Grady (l), David Handlin and Fran Hanley pore over voting totals on an election night several years ago. O'Grady was recently admitted to the Fort Dix Federal Corrections Institution, located in Burlington County, to serve a sentence for corruption charges. He is scheduled for release on March 5, 2010, according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records. The exact date of the photo could not be determined.
