Register now for St. Benedict's CPR courses St. Benedict's Church and School, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel, is now accepting registration for two CPR courses it will offer June 23. A CPR basic life support for health-care providers (BLS HCP) will be from noon-4 p.m. (certifying class); and CPR for family and friends will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Both will be at St. Benedict's School Gym, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel. CPR BLS HCP covers adult and pediatric CPR, two-rescuer scenarios and other areas. A 20 item multiple-choice exam and skills test will be given, and upon successful completion a BLS for HCP course completion card issued. Any interested individuals may attend. Fee is $75 which includes textbook with CD-rom and CPR card, Family and friends CPR teaches how to perform CPR in adults, children, or infants; help an adult, child, or infant that is choking.
