Christie to be keynote speaker at seminar Atlantic Highlands Mayor Peter E. Donoghue has announced U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie the scheduled keynote speaker at an ethics seminar conducted by the borough Sept. 20. The mayor initiated the training session and said all members of the council, appointed borough boards and selected borough employees are expected to attend.
