Holmdel Half Century Club to meet Sept. 4 The Holmdel Half Century Club will hold its next meeting Sept. 4 at noon at the Holmdel Senior Center, Crawfords Corner Road. A nurse will be available. Drop-in day will be Sept. 6 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., with line dancing from 2-3 p.m. A trip to see Lorna Luft perform at Hilton Casino, Atlantic City, will be Sept. 10 with the show at 2 p.m. (departure time to be determined). Cost is $34 per person for transportation, $15 coin return and buffet. A movie at Hazlet Multiplex Cinema will be Sept. 10 at 1 p.m., at a cost of $1 for the movie, popcorn and soda (movie to be announced at a later date). "Antoinette's Cooking Class" will be Sept. 12 at 11 a.m. Fee is $5. A trip to Annapolis (Md.) Naval Academy will be Sept. 13 from 7 a.m.-9 p.m. The trip will feature a walking tour of the waterfront and the Academy, lunch at Phillips Seafood, and a sightseeing cruise of Annapolis Harbor and Severn River aboard the "Harbor Queen." Cost is $95 per person for the above and transportation and breakfast en route. A barbecue will be Sept. 18 at noon, at a cost of $7 per person. All trips depart from the senior center.
