Bayonet Farm arts and music festival Sept. 23 The fourth annual Bayonet Farm arts and music festival will be Sept. 23 from noon- 5 p.m. at the farm at 41 Middletown Road, Holmdel. The free event will feature a juried art exhibit, sculpture garden, yoga and tai chi demonstrations, mid 1800s music, a puppet show, storytelling, tethered hot air balloon rides (weather permitting), and other activities. There will be music and dance by Jersey Shore Chinese School, Thula Sizwe performing African spiritual music, and folk and contemporary rock music. Attendees may also purchase watercolors, oils, pastels, mixed media, sculpture, pottery, and photography by local artists. The event is sponsored by Bayonet Farm Advisory Committee, and Holmdel Department of Parks and Recreation.
