Memoir writing workshop at M'town Library Oct. 2

Middletown Township Public Library, 55 New Monmouth Road, will offer a beginners' memoir writing workshop Oct. 2 from 6-8:45 p.m.

Former journalist Linda Kravetz, Middletown, will lead the workshop. Attendees should bring old family photos, letters, diaries or personal memories. A creative-writing instructor at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft section of Middletown, Kravetz is completing a memoir. A regular memoir writing workshop meets monthly at the library and is free to the public.
