MCAC 'Celebration of Excellence' Oct. 5 Monmouth County Arts Council (MCAC) will hold its "Celebration of Excellence" cocktail party Oct. 5 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the home of Mike and Holly Lyttle on the Shrewsbury River. Honorees are Bob and Joan Rechnitz. The event will feature local performing and visual artists, a silent auction and food by Mumford's Culinary Center, Tinton Falls. The Rechnitzs are the founders of Two River Theater Company and now serve as executive and associate producers. Proceeds benefit MCAC's programs for students, artists and arts organizations.
