Register for STARS program by Dec. 5 Brookdale Community College, Newman Springs Road, Lincroft section of Middletown, will present a program on NJ STARS on Dec. 10 at 6:30 p.m. at Warner student life center. Reservations are requested by Dec. 5. The program for prospective students and families provides two years' free tuition (and limited fees) to full-time community college students graduating in the top 20 percent of the student's New Jersey high school class.
