Life-saving seminar slated at Holmdel church

The Church of St. Catharine, 108 Middletown Road,Holmdel, will hold life-saving seminars Feb. 26 andMarch 4 from10-11:30 a.m. or 7-8:30 p.m.

The free seminars are designed to alert the community to the signs and symptoms of postpartum (PPD) depression, and identify appropriate interventions for a woman with PPD. Mothers with PPD are often unaware they suffer fromthe disorder.
