Thanks to supporters of Christmas effort
The Matawan Food Bank would like to publicly thank the following: Lloyd Road School, Aberdeen (students, parents and staff); Mrs. Shelly Gross, teacher at Lloyd Road School; Matawan Rotary; Christine and Mike Mullaney and staff, ShopRite of Aberdeen; Temple Shalom in Aberdeen; Trinity Episcopal Church in Matawan; and all the helpers from Cross of Glory Lutheran Church in Aberdeen and First Presbyterian Church in Matawan.

Forty local families enjoyed a happier Christmas holiday because of the generosity of the above group of donors. Life gets crazy around the holidays, and knowing that our local schools and businesses care for the needy is very rewarding. Anyone could be in need of food at any time.

Thank you all for your kindness.
