      Ithink it is time that people like Judy Stanley pay their fair share of taxes in Middletown. Mrs. Stanley has approximately six acres of property on Navesink River Road, five acres of which is farm tax assessed for a few beehives. On those five acres she only pays approximately $100 an acre.
