Colbert to be special guest at Two River Theater gala Stephen Colbert Entertainer and political pundit Stephen Colbert will make a special appearance as a guest at the Two River Theater's annual fundraising event, "Lunatics & Lovers: A Two River Theater Celebration," on Saturday, March 1. Colbert, of Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report," will join a star-studded roster including Jon Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Olympia Dukakis and Jackson Browne. Colbert was recently voted Celebrity of the Year who had the biggest impact on pop culture in 2007 by The Associated Press (AP). Limited reservations at $350 and $500 are available for the gala by calling (732) 345-1400, ext. 850. Guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the theater's lobby, dinner on the Joan and Robert Rechnitz Theater stage catered by David Burke Fromagerie, live auctions and dancing into the night.
