"Love Is in the Air" and on the walls and shelves at Cel-ebration! Gallery in Red Bank this month. A special grouping of production cels, drawings, limited editions and sculptures featuring romantic themes is currently on display through Feb 23.

Running Rabbit Family Theatre (RRFT) presents the enchanting musical comedy

"Rapunzel" at Monmouth University's Pollak Theatre, West Long Branch. This clever rendition of the Grimmfairy tale features an enchantress who is herself in search of love, a bumbling valet who awkwardly attempts to assist the prince in his rescue attempt and a heroine whose first time encounters with the outside world provide numerous laughable predicaments. Performances are Sunday Feb. 24, at 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 25, at 10:30 a.m. and Tuesday, Feb. 26, at 10:30 a.m. Cast membersmeet and greet the children after each performance. Tickets $14. Foot-stomping rhythms will resound when Bob Paddack and his New Orleans Jazz Band take the stage for a rousing concert at Middletown Main Library on Sunday, Feb. 25, at 3 p.m. This popular performer and his band have an avid following of lovers of jazz and Dixieland music. Tickets may be picked up at the reference desk.

Countrymusic stars TrishaYearwood and Lori McKenna will perform at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank Thursday, Feb. 28, at 8 p.m.Yearwood's treatment of songs like "She's in Love with the Boy" has helped define contemporary country music. Singer/songwriter McKenna, whose debut CD won Album of the Year at the 2007 Annual Boston Music Awards, will open for Yearwood. Monmouth University's Performing Arts Series at Pollack Theatre in West Long Branch presents Screaming Orphans Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 9 p.m. The four Diver sisters from County Donegal, Ireland, play original music that mixes hard-driving rhythms with pop melody as well as traditional Irish music.
