Local restaurants hold fundraiser for Ladacin

The Turning Point of Long Branch, Little Silver, Holmdel,Manalapan and Hoboken hosted a fundraiser at all five locations to benefit Ladacin Network, Wanamassa section of Ocean Township.

The event raised more than $6,000 for the nonprofit. The Turning Point is a medallion club member of Ladacin's "Eat, Drink and Be Caring" restaurant program in which restaurants host a fundraising day and donate partial proceeds to Ladacin.

Ladacin serves infants, children and adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
