Community urged to take part in Red Cross sale The youth council of the Jersey Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross, Tinton Falls and Toms River, invites residents to take part in its community-wide yard sale May 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Tinton Falls facility, 1540W. ParkAve. (rain date May 18). Residents from Monmouth and Ocean counties may purchase a parking space for $10 to sell items, with tables an additional $10. Participants may bring toys, tools, knickknacks and other objects. Proceeds benefit educational activities and conferences for the council.
