Mary Bachmann Tighe Mrs. Tighe, of Matawan, died May 8, 2008, at Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel. She resided in East Brunswick for 51 years before relocating to Matawan five years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, James J. Tighe, in 1998; four sisters, Anna Cloughley, Minnie Johnson, Selma Johnson and Emma Lord; and two brothers, Nelson Scott and Herman Bachmann. Mrs. Tighe is survived by a daughter, Mary, with whom she resided; two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Barbara of South Plainfield, and William and Catherine of Ocean; five grandchildren; and two greatgrandsons. Entombment was at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Arrangements were by The Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
