Paul Schneider

Mr. Schneider, 88, of Keyport, died June 29, 2008, at Lourdes Hospital, Willingboro. He was employed at American Smelting and Refinery Co., Perth Amboy, for 30 years, retiring in 1980. He also co-owned with his wife Emily's Store, Keyport, for 50 years. He was predeceased by his wife, Emily, in 2000; seven brothers; and four sisters. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Suzanne Schneider of the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge; and a sister, Emma Watson of Cherry Hill. Visitation will be held July 2 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 pm. at Day Funeral Home, Keyport. A funeral service will be held July 3 at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed a 9:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Keyport. Interment will follow at the church's cemetery.
