Affordable housing topic of meeting

MIDDLETOWN — The Township Committee and the Planning Board will hold a joint meeting about the new third- round regulations from the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing at 7:30 p.m. tonight at the Middletown Arts Center on Church Street.
