Robert F. Bonis

Mr. Bonis, 53, of Hazlet, died Aug. 2, 2008, at Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was a foreman at Amtrak, Newark, and was also a general contractor. He is survived by a daughter, Marianne Kolodziej of Hazlet; two stepchildren, Melissa Neville and Joey Garcia, both of Hazlet; his mother and stepfather, Florence Atamborski Pizzi and Fred Pizzi of Hazlet; his fiancée, Wendi Poling of Hazlet; a granddaughter; and five step-grandchildren. A funeral service will be Aug. 6 at 10 a.m. at Day Funeral Home, Keyport. Interment will follow at St. Stephen's Cemetery, Keasbey.
