Dog Walk & Pet Fair at Brookdale Oct. 4

Monmouth County SPCA, Eatontown, and Red Bank Veterinary Hospital will hold the 15th annual Dog Walk & Pet Fair fundraiser 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 4.

The fundraiser will be at Brookdale Community College, Newman Springs Road, Lincroft section of Middletown. It will feature music, vendors, various foods, demonstrations, contests and prizes. Entertainment will be provided by The Wag. Event chair dog will be Elwood, winner of the 2007 Ugliest Dog of the Year Award. Dr. Brian Voynick of TV12's Pet Stop and tattooed animal advocates Rescue Ink will be in attendance. Registration is $30 at the door and $25 in advance.
