'Twins or More' class Oct. 11 at Riverview

Staying Sane LLC and Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, will offer "Twins or More," 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 11 as part of the hospital's childbirth education program.

The class focuses on the experience, special demands and everyday questions and concerns many soon-to-be parents of twins or more may have. Offered will be practical information such as products, tips and techniques to care for two or more babies including daily care (diapers, bathing, dressing, skin care) and car seat safety. The class includes lunch and a comprehensive customized resource package for all participants.
