Ballads in the Woods Nov. 1 at Tatum Park

The nonprofit Friends of the Parks will hold its annual fundraiser dinner, Ballads in the Woods, 5 p.m. Nov. 1 at Tatum Park, Red Hill Road, Middletown. The event features a tavern-style buffet, ballads dating to the 1700s performed by the D-Major Singers with Pete Brady on the harpsichord, and historic fashions.
