M'town chief asks for cooperation Oct. 30, 31
      Middletown Chief of Police Robert Oches is asking that Middletown businesses and residents leave lights on during the Halloween period Oct. 30-31. The township will have the usual coverage as in previous years, but the chief asks that outside lights be left on as a deterrent to vandalism.
