Run raises $45,000 for Kaiser Foundation

The Ryan Andrew Kaiser Memorial Foundation (RAKMF) and Jersey Shore Running Club held the annual Ryan's Run June 20, which raised approximately $45,000.

The nonprofit RAKMF was established after the sudden death of Ryan Kaiser, 6, from congenital heart disease. It supports families of seriously ill children via direct grants, raises funds for hospitals and doctor groups specializing in the cure and care of pediatric heart patients and helps build children's parks and playgrounds.
